Job summary

Development Bank of the Philippines is seeking a senior professional to oversee the E-Channel Monitoring & Support Unit, ensuring ATM availability in partnership with institutions and coordinating with Cards and ATM, Cash Management, and Transaction Banking departments.

The role focuses on installation management, system enhancement, security compliance, and timely reporting to branches and regulators, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on safeguarding sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with bank rules and regulations and policies from Bancnet, Visa, Mastercard.
• Oversees installations of E-Channel terminals and manages maintenance, enhancements, and development of E-Channel backroom systems.
• Ensures timely provision of E-Channel reports required by branches, BancNet, Visa and regulatory agencies.
• Reviews procedures and processes of the Unit to update the Operations Manual.
• Provides leadership and motivation to staff; evaluates performance for career development and training.
• Assists the Unit Head in managing the unit's operational efficiency.
• Maintains confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Bank's information systems containing sensitive data.
• Ensures information security protocols are followed given elevated access privileges in automated tools and systems.
• Collaborates with the Department's Associate Information Officer and security authorities to strengthen IT security across the Bank's infrastructure.
