Job summary

Grassroots Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Senior Executive – ATM Managed Services to oversee ATM operations, incident handling, and coordination with field teams to maintain uptime.

You will verify EJ, review images, and monitor SLAs while coordinating with banks and vendors. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Applicants should have 2–5 years in ATM/Banking ops or NOC, be comfortable with ticketing systems, and work rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Computer Applications preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in ATM Managed Services, Banking Operations, NOC, or Incident Management.
• Knowledge of ATM monitoring tools, EJ, Image Verification, and ticketing systems.
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ATM incidents and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• Coordinate with FLM/SLM vendors for ATM fault resolution.
• Review EJ and transaction images to investigate disputed transactions.
• Track ATM uptime and prepare operational MIS reports.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams for incident management.
• Prioritize critical ATM downtime cases and ensure timely restoration.
• Update CRM/ATM management systems with case progress.
• Perform RCA for recurring ATM issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and information security guidelines.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
