Job summary

Asian Institute of Management is seeking an Assurance of Learning Associate to support the Learning Development Team in enhancing curriculum quality and promoting continuous improvement across degree programs. You will assist with AOL assessment initiatives and ensure teaching practices align with academic standards.

You will organize and coordinate AOL activities, maintain documentation, and liaise with program teams to raise awareness of how assessment outcomes influence classroom learning.

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.

• Handle administrative processes and documentation for Assurance of Learning (AOL), using an online survey platform (Qualtrics).
• Ensure program and faculty compliance with AOL standards in course outlines and teaching materials.
• Work collaboratively with the Learning Development Managers and program teams to create awareness of how assessment outcomes affect classroom teaching and student learning.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and activities related to AOL and other special events.
• Liaise with other units on AOL concerns and requirements related to program/curriculum development and related activities.

The Assurance of Learning Associate supports the Learning Development Team in enhancing curriculum quality and promoting continuous improvement in the Institute’s degree programs. The role works closely with managers and program teams to support assessment initiatives and ensure that teaching practices align with academic quality standards.

The role also manages the administrative processes for Assurance of Learning (AOL), including program, course, and faculty evaluations. It monitors compliance with AOL requirements and coordinates meetings and activities related to assessment and other academic initiatives.
