Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required.
• Ability to provide objective, constructive feedback.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate teachers' classes, recordings, and performance against quality standards.
• Assess lesson delivery, communication, classroom management, and policy adherence.
• Prepare QA reports and maintain accurate performance records.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching recommendations to teachers and relevant departments.
• Identify performance trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Training, Academic, and Operations teams to enhance teaching quality and student satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and teaching standards.
• Assist in developing and updating quality evaluation rubrics and monitoring tools; participate in calibration sessions for consistency.
• Recommend process improvements to increase service quality and efficiency.
