Stark Asia Solutions Inc. in Makati is seeking an experienced Lead USRN Coder to coach and oversee a team of medical coders, facilitating monthly 1-on-1 performance reviews and career development plans.

You will lead daily operations, monitor inventory and turnaround time to meet SLAs, ensure 95% coding and audit accuracy with HIPAA and CMS standards, collaborate with US clients on metrics and denials, and drive process improvements through SOP updates.

Qualifications

• Active USRN License (Mainland).
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing medical coders.
• Credentials: CPC, CIC, CCS, CDIP, CCDS, RHIT or RHIA (one or more).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team leaders and senior USRN coders; conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Drive daily operations: monitor inventory, productivity, and TAT to meet SLAs.
• Ensure coding and audit accuracy at 95% or higher per HIPAA and CMS conventions.
• Serve as primary ops contact for US clients; present metrics and address denials.
• Update SOPs and implement workflow improvements.

• Lead & Mentor: Directly manage, coach, and support Team Leaders and Senior USRN Coders, facilitating monthly 1-on-1 performance reviews and career development plans.
• Drive Operations: Monitor and manage daily team inventory, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) to consistently hit or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Guard Quality & Compliance: Partner with the QA team to ensure an account-wide coding and audit accuracy score of 95% or higher, strictly adhering to HIPAA, CMS, and official coding conventions.
• Client Collaboration: Act as a main operational point of contact for US clients, presenting operational metrics reports, handling coding denials, and addressing complex clinical validations.
• Process Improvement: Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updated with changing payer policies and identify workflow bottlenecks to implement smart automation or efficiency changes.

Qualification:
