Responsibilities

• To manage an assigned team of individual contributors in meeting or exceeding customer service level agreement
• Completion of team projects

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active both PHRN and USRN license
• Current, unrestricted license as RN in the Philippines and/or US preferably with experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back office, Organizational Development, and other CPO related processes.
• At least 2 years of recent & pertinent clinical experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Management or team leader experience desirable
