Stark Asia Solutions Inc. is seeking a hybrid-based Medical Coder in Taguig with 1–3 years’ experience. The role involves reviewing clinical docs, assigning ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes for billing and audits, and ensuring payer compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and active PHRN/USRN licenses are required.

On offer is a hybrid work arrangement, salary 100,000–120,000 PHP monthly plus SOB, with fixed weekends off. Lifelong learning and incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Active PHRN and USRN licenses required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years bedside experience.
• 1–2 years hospital coding experience.
• At least one coding certification (CDIP, CPC, CCS, CIC, CCDS).

Responsabilités

• Review clinical documentation to assign ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes for billing and audits.
• Interpret complex medical records and identify documentation gaps.
• Ensure payer guidelines compliance.
