Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to support and evolve our infrastructure. You will contribute to design improvements, automation, and incident handling with emphasis on reliability and scalability.

The role requires strong Linux expertise, Windows Server knowledge, and experience with cloud platforms. You’ll work on-call shifts and collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems administration/engineering roles.
• 3+ years with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/Amazon Linux/RHEL).
• Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) and other providers.
• Experience with VPNs, patch management, monitoring tools.
• Scripting in Bash/PowerShell and automation with Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Improve system design and infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
• Provide admin support to Operations and Technology Team; troubleshoot.
• Identify vulnerabilities and performance gaps; implement improvements.
• Design and maintain automation to boost efficiency.
• Support 24/7 on-call rotation; respond to incidents in real time.
