Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in site reliability, platform operations, or infrastructure engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with a major cloud provider.
• Strong on-call experience with calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own platform reliability and incident response for global UC infrastructure.
• Drive automation to eliminate manual work across systems.
• Lead blameless post-mortems to implement corrective actions.
