Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an organized and proactive Associate Project Manager to support the successful delivery of customer projects in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and maintain key documentation.

This role focuses on keeping projects on track through planning, status reporting, risk tracking, and effective communication, with a hybrid, full-time working pattern.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of project management or delivery principles.
• Experience supporting scheduling, meetings, reporting or action tracking.
• Exposure to professional services or SaaS project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Maintain project documentation including risk, issue, and action registers.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications.
• Track project tasks and follow up on actions for timely completion.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, or delays.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and internal delivery teams.
• Help drive efficient project execution by ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing within the delivery team.
