Job summary

Proseso Consulting and Business Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to join our growing team in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll and tax outputs for a client portfolio and provide insights to clients.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accountancy, 3+ years of experience, CPA preferred but not mandatory, and strong English communication. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

We are looking for our new Senior Accounting Associate to join our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant is responsible for the overall outputs and client relationship for the assigned client portfolio, and will be in charge of providing support to a team of Associates. Responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll and tax outputs.

• Respect accounting policies/procedures and standards.

• Discuss the financial reports with clients and provide insights.

• Other requirements of the assigned client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or Accountancy

• 3+ years experience

• Must be detail oriented and highly organized, can work with minimal supervision
