Job summary

Proseso Consulting and Business Solutions Inc in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our fast-growing firm. You will handle outputs and client relationships for the assigned portfolio, and ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements.

You will use our cloud-based accounting software to manage ledgers, journal entries, payables, receivables, payroll, and monthly/quarterly/year-end closings, then prepare financial reports and tax filings in line with BIR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related course.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google Suite.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• In charge of overall outputs and client relationship for the assigned client portfolio
• Respect accounting policies and procedures in line with internal requirements and the requirements of the clients
• Using our cloud-based accounting softwares, manage the general ledgers including journal entries, accounts payables, receivables, payroll, depreciation/amortization, etc.
• Manage month / quarter / year -end closing of accounts, bank reconciliation, and prepare clients’ financial reports
• Preparation of tax filings and reports in compliance with BIR and statutory agencies
