Associate Instructional Designer
As an Associate Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver high-quality service. Your ability to provide engaging training sessions, targeted learning interventions, and continuous coaching will contribute to improved performance outcomes across teams.
Responsibilities:
Instructional Design & Development
- Design and develop eLearning modules, training decks, job aids, quick reference guides, and assessments using ADDIE or SAM methodology
- Create interactive and multimedia-rich learning content using Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and other authoring tools
- Apply adult learning principles, learning taxonomies (Bloom's), and evidence-based instructional strategies
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and wireframes for eLearning courses and video-based training
Client & Project-Based Training
- Develop client-specific training materials for contact center projects (e.g., onboarding, product training, process documentation)
- Collaborate with project teams (PMs, BAs, QAs, Team Leads) to gather requirements and translate them into training deliverables aligned with project timelines
- Support training for build implementations and migrations, including admin, supervisor, and agent-level content
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions (virtual or face-to-face) when required
- Support training delivery logistics, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders
- Assist in conducting training needs analysis (TNA) and learning gap assessments
Internal Programs & Learning Initiatives
- Support internal trainings, curating, tracking, and developing training content for certifications and internal skills development
- Design and maintain onboarding and training content
- Develop wellness, compliance, and soft-skills training materials as directed
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct peer reviews of training materials for accuracy, design consistency, and instructional effectiveness
- Maintain version control and documentation standards for all training assets
- Track training completion and effectiveness metrics; support reporting on learner progress
- Incorporate feedback from learners and stakeholders to iterate and improve content
Qualifications:
- Experience | Minimum 1-2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or training content creation
- Authoring Tools | Demonstrated proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise, and other authoring tools
- Instructional Design Models | Practical knowledge of ADDIE or SAM methodology
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LMS administration
