Job summary

Star Paper Corporation seeks an Associate HRBP to support HR strategies and programs aligned with business objectives. You will partner with department heads, managers, and employees to support employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, engagement, and organizational development.

You will foster a positive workplace culture, ensure policy compliance, and assist in delivering efficient HR operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management.
• Preferably 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR/generalist roles.
• Experience supporting department heads/managers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in aligning HR initiatives with departmental goals and business objectives.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and workplace concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with department heads, supervisors, and employees.
• Identify workforce concerns and recommend HR interventions.
• Support the implementation of HR programs to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflicts.
• Conduct initial fact-finding and documentation for employee relations cases.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Support the performance management system implementation and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Recruitment to support manpower requisitions and workforce requirements.
