Job summary

Redstone Private Banking Search is currently working with an International Bank in Bahrain, seeking a Director Level Relationship Manager focusing on Priority/Private Banking client segments across the Middle East. You will manage high-net-worth client relationships and drive revenue growth.

The role requires 3+ years in priority relationship management, deep knowledge of investment products, and strong cross-border regulatory understanding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Priority Relationship Manager experience.
• Experience with Investment Products; Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Bonds.
• Knowledge of financial markets, products, regulations, and cross-border.
• Ability to acquire and develop customers in line with the Bank's strategy.
• Liaise with Compliance, Risk and Product development.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and transfer network to generate revenues according to targets.
• Drive revenue growth with Priority/Private Banking clients in the Middle East.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk and Product teams on client solutions.
• Develop new client relationships aligned with the Bank's strategy.
