Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word).
• 5+ years of client-focused experience in account management or professional services.
• Aspirations to develop in sales, relationship management, and client leadership.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, resourceful, and able to simplify complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Enterprise Client Leaders on client dynamics, priorities, and opportunities focusing on opportunity development and net new sales.
• Conduct regular research and reporting on client activities using internal tools and public information.
• Share key developments and thought leadership with client teams in a timely manner.
• Serve as internal coordinator for client teams to support client development strategies and deliverables.
• Prepare internal and external deliverables for client meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with GSMS, ECG Super Users, and PaC on behalf of client teams.
• Identify and resolve client concerns with root-cause analysis and clear communication.
• Provide back-up support for other ECCs when required.
