Responsabilités

• Retains and grows Aon’s business, cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and with day-to-day client contacts.
• Develops and manages the implementation of Client Promise Plans for each client, including a business plan aimed at ARS revenue growth.
• Ensures client service team understanding of client needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework relevant to services delivered.
• Leads stewardship planning and delivery including Client Promise Review.
• Drives renewal processes and coordinates with teams to develop client-specific renewal strategies.
• Collaborates with BD to introduce Aon’s products and services to grow the business.
