Responsibilities

• 1. Provide the client with comprehensive, timely and extensive support for enterprise tools
• 2. Assist in developing, maintaining and implementing the training materials
• 3. Perform tools and applications demos to clients
• 4. Assist in migrating customers onto the tools and applications
• 5. Assists with monitoring and controlling tools and applications timelines by performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance
• 6. Responsible with providing input and status updates to management as needed
• 7. Uses problem solving, critical thinking skills and independent thinking to overcome challenges
• 8. Adapts to cultural and organizational climates across global teams
• 9. Perform ad hoc requests as needed
• 10. Create metrics for the enterprise
• 11. Assist with testing enhancements as needed.

Experience

Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience with tools and applications with direct client support

Education

Education: A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred

Competencies & Skills

• Technically competent to act as first point of reference for day-to-day queries, and serves as a liaison to related areas
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in writing
• Knowledge of MS access and excel
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills.
• Operates under general supervision but works on own most of the time
• Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function, building towards becoming an area expert
