DMCI Power Corporation seeks an Associate Attorney to support the Department Head in handling legal concerns and corporate housekeeping. You will provide legal support for management initiatives and draft letters for external parties requiring legal knowledge; you will assist with SEC matters and board documentation.

The Associate Attorney assists the Department Head with the handling of the Legal concerns and Corporate Housekeeping of the Company. Providing Legal support for the initiatives being considered by the Management; and Drafts letters and communications to external parties which require knowledge and application of the law.
Prepares the plan for gathering all requirements for Incorporation (SEC Related), including prioritization, assigning responsible individuals and timelines, and ensures completion to comply with deadlines
Prepares all reportorial requirements of SEC based on Corporation Code and pertinent laws including timelines and responsible person; Reviews all reports and ensures completion and correctness of data before endorsing for signature
Prepares Notices & AGENDA, including preparatory documents for Board and Stockholders' Meetings; Prepares Minutes of Board & Stockholders' Meetings; Reviews Board Resolution / Secretary's Certificate
Prepares the Checklist of required licenses and permits, including timelines and responsible persons; Resolves issues related to securing permits and licenses

Juris Doctor
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience.
Bachelor of Law
Advanced knowledge on Laws and Jurisprudence;
