Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) Global Service Centre in Manila invites a dynamic Sales Support Associate to join the SLS Service line. You will assist in generating monthly sales reports, perform lead analytics and classification, manage contracts, and provide pre-bid support.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (logistics/industrial engineering/management preferred) and 0–3 years in BPO or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; logistics/industrial engineering/management preferred.

• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Effective English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Understand documentation requirements for the respective station/country and ensure work follows SOPs.
• Meet department SLAs and KPIs per delivery guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality service through timely, accurate completion of tasks.
• Collaborate to identify solutions and opportunities to improve service for business partners.
• Flag challenges to supervisor and business partner promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information.

We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,600 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver top-notch service within the Sales (SLS) Service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries across the globe. The role will encompass training to proficiently handle various activities including generating monthly sales reports, conducting lead analytics and classification, managing contracts, and providing pre-bid support.

Key Responsibilities:

• To understand the requirement of the station's / country's documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
• Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
• Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
• Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree. A degree in logistics, industrial engineering, management will be an advantage / Undergraduate degree (Only GSC MNL & BOG)
• 0 - 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain - Preferred

• Good knowledge in MS office
• Effective English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) - Preferred.
• Detail oriented
• Good logical reasoning skills
• High level of customer centricity
