Job summary

D&V Philippines is seeking an Associate Accountant (AU) for a hybrid role in Metro Manila. You will handle month-end processes, payroll, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

With 2+ years of experience and a BS Accountancy, you will collaborate with the Finance Manager to improve procedures and support audits. Growth, training, and certifications are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany for month-end close.
• Assist balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis.
• Support production of month-end financial reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Process fortnightly payroll and superannuation; maintain payroll records.
• Handle accounts payable: vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations; resolve variances.
• Assist with audits and process improvements within the finance function.
• Maintain organized financial records and provide ad hoc duties as needed.
