Job summary

Easybook.com Inc. is seeking an organized Assistant Terminal Manager to support terminal operations, staff coordination, and financial reporting.

The role involves monitoring cash transactions, reconciling records, and ensuring accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. You will operate online ticketing and terminal systems, guide staff on procedures, troubleshoot basic system issues, and coordinate with Finance and IT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in accounting, finance, cashiering, administration, or operations is preferred.
Knowledge of cash handling, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Assist the Terminal Manager in overseeing daily terminal operations and staff activities.
Monitor ticket sales, collections, cash transactions, and daily financial records.
Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales, cash, and operational reports.
Reconcile collections with system records and supporting documents and report discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and records of financial and operational transactions.
Operate and monitor online ticketing, booking, and terminal management systems.
Assist and guide terminal staff in using company systems and basic technical procedures.
Provide basic system troubleshooting and coordinate with IT/Technical Team when necessary.
Coordinate with Finance and other departments regarding operational, financial, and system-related concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Terminal Manager.
