Job summary

Cold Link Asia Logistics Corporation in Cebu seeks a detail-oriented staff to manage branch financial duties. You will safeguard the branch's revolving fund, monitor daily deliveries, prepare invoices, and support payroll attendance tracking under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Acts as custodian of branch's revolving fund and ensures its proper management.
• Monitors daily deliveries and prepares Trip Ticket Monitoring Report.
• Prepares Sales Invoice and Billing Statement to customers.
• Monitors employees' daily attendance for payroll purposes, including leave and OT forms.
• Other tasks assigned by immediate head.
