Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor by performing related duties
• Supervise Marketing Assistant/Proposal Makers to help ensure productivity and efficiency
• Perform administrative tasks under the guidance of the Supervisor
• Review proposals for renewing accounts
• Monitor the status of renewing accounts on a weekly basis
• Review Account Data Sheet/Special Endorsement Form for renewed accounts
• Monitor the status of Account Data Sheets and masterlist of renewed accounts
• Handle intranet tagging of renewed accounts and forwarded masterlist of the company as needed
• Handle renewal inquiries or concerns
• All other related duties as assigned
