• Assist Supervisor by performing related duties
• Supervise Marketing Assistant/Proposal Makers to help ensure productivity and efficiency
• Perform administrative tasks under the guidance of the Supervisor
• Review of proposals for renewing accounts
• Monitor weekly status of renewing accounts
• Review of Account Data Sheet/Special Endorsement Form for renewed accounts
• Monitor the status of Account Data Sheets and masterlist of renewed accounts
• Intranet tagging of renewed accounts and forwarded masterlist of the company on a regular basis and if needed
• Handle renewal inquiries or concerns
• All other related duties that will be assigned from time to time
