Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales staff during shifts and assist the Store Supervisor.

About the role

Assist the Store Supervisor in daily store operations, supervise and guide sales staff during assigned shifts, and act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) when the Store Supervisor is unavailable.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide sales staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure proper customer service and assist customers when needed
• Monitor sales performance and help achieve daily/monthly targets
• Assist in inventory counting, receiving, replenishment, and stock organization
• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and arrangement of merchandise
• Assist with cashier/POS operations and cash accountability
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate solutions with the supervisor
• Prepare or assist with daily sales and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and store standards

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage
• Retail/sales experience; supervisory experience is an advantage
• Customer service, sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Basic computer/POS skills and inventory management experience
• Problem-solving abilities
• Responsible, honest, organized, hardworking, flexible, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
