About the role

The Store Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, leads a team of employees, and provides exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. They are responsible for inventory, cashiering, keeping full compliance with all company processes, and ensuring store staff productivity while upholding company's values and morale.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching staff to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting insights to the Store/Area Manager.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding store staff.
• Supervise daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure proper execution of duties.
• Motivate and mentor employees to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Monitor cash handling and reconcile daily sales reports.
