Job summary

AMSAMM Property and Development Inc. is seeking a Frontline Retail Associate to assist customers in locating products, answer questions about prices and availability, and deliver friendly, courteous service on the sales floor.

The role includes maintaining a neat store presentation, replenishing merchandise, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with purchases and packing as needed. Previous retail experience is preferred.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and provide basic information about products, prices, and availability
• Welcome customers and provide friendly and courteous customer service
• Arrange, display, and replenish merchandise to maintain an organized and presentable store
• Assist in monitoring product stocks and report low-stock, damaged, or missing items to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, shelves, and other store areas

• Support inventory counting and stock monitoring as needed
• Assist in processing customer purchases and payments when assigned
• Help with packing, releasing, and preparing products for customers

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage
• Previous experience in retail, sales, merchandising, customer service, or store operations is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Physically capable of standing and performing store-related activities for extended periods
