Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Tuguegarao is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager for SM Tuguegarao. The role supports the Store Manager in daily store operations to meet sales and service goals while delivering a premium customer experience.

You will lead the sales floor, guide Retail Sales Experts, manage inventory and merchandising, and help with reporting and partner program execution. Negotiable terms.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Professional appearance with excellent sales presentation skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey complex messages clearly.
• Team-oriented, pleasant, and service-minded attitude.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Highly motivated by challenges and collaborative in approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management and retail sales processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Drive sales performance and ensure premium customer experience.
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Lead on the sales floor and guide Retail Sales Experts.
• Assist in store-level reporting and partner program execution.
• Assume full store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
