Qualifications

• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in sales/retail.
• Amenable to work in SM Center Tuguegarao.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are well managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store integrity by complying with laws and SOPs.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow established SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager / Branch Manager.
