Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations at the Imus, Cavite site. You will supervise shift tasks, ensure system usage for inventory, scheduling, and delivery channels, and coach staff to maintain high performance and guest focus.

The role requires at least 1 year in restaurant operations at a shift manager level, strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a 4-year degree in Business

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year restaurant operations experience as a Shift manager level, has managed a restaurant system such as Inventory, Scheduling, Sales Channel (delivery) etc.
• Extensive computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Graduate of a 4yr course preferably Business Management, Restaurant and Hospitality management
• Guest focused, high integrity, communication and interpersonal skills, high work standards, drives to excel, with sense of ownership, high initiative level, ability to work under pressure, respectful
