Job summary

Tubotech Plumbing Products Philippines Corporation, located in Laguna Biñan, is seeking a QAQC leader to guide the department, set strategic direction, and drive continual quality improvement across manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes developing and implementing quality programs, internal audits, training, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards (9001/14001/45001) as well as environmental regulations. A PCO background is preferred, with a strong lean/Six Sigma toolkit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leadership experience in QAQC in ISO-certified manufacturing.
• Strong background in ISO systems, GMP, auditing and quality improvement tools.
• Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and inventory systems.
• Proven management and leadership skills.
• Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the QAQC department with strategic direction and management to achieve quality objectives and directions of the company
• Develops and implements quality programs that meet customer requirements with provision of roadmap of continuous improvement
• Establishes training programs for knowledge and competency enhancement of all team members in Quality Management System, Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement
• Establishes and implements required manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms and supporting documents for Quality Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 31000, 45001), Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement
• Acts as a Lead Auditor of internal quality audits in compliance to ISO 19011 for maintainability, standardization and opportunities for improvement
• Acts as the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) of the company and ensures compliance with applicable environmental regulations and standards

About you
