• College graduate with at least 1 year of experience as QA Team Leader in a manufacturing set‑up
• College undergrad can be considered with at least 3 years of experience as QA Team Leader in a manufacturing set‑up
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and corrective/preventive actions
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
