Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project coordination and governance from Eastwood, Quezon City. The role is onsite with day shifts, working closely with customers and internal teams to drive on‑time delivery and accurate project data.

You will maintain trackers, prepare updates, and escalate risks while collaborating across Design, RF, Property, Planning, QA and Finance to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–7 years in project coordination or PMO-related roles.
• Experience in infrastructure/engineering/telecommunications environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to chase and secure commitments from stakeholders.
• Track PO status, approvals, variations and commercial readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, execution and close‑out activities.
• Drive resolution of actions by following up owners and due dates.
• Maintain project actions, trackers, registers and status updates.
• Coordinate inputs from Design, RF, Property, Planning, QA and Finance.
• Identify blockers and escalate delivery risks as needed.
• Capture meeting outputs and convert to actionable items in trackers.
• Support reporting and dashboards with accurate data.
• Suggest process improvements for project administration.
