Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Outside Plant Engineer to support back-office operations for US-based utility construction projects in Parañaque City. The role involves driving project flow, interfacing with field technicians, and maintaining precise documentation.

You will work onsite at night shift, coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of OPE experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as an Outside Plant Engineer (OPE) or in a similar technical support capacity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field techs and accurately transcribe technical data into specialized systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly master custom project management software.
• Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset in every plan you develop.
• Must be comfortable with the Eastern Time (EST) Night Shift to align with US field operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive project flow by managing detailed project plans across construction phases, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Bridge the communication gap as the primary link for field OPE Technicians, transcribing field data using industry codes.
• Manage tasks and deadlines to maintain high quality while meeting customer deadlines.
• Troubleshoot issues in meetings to keep construction on track and deliver results.
• Master custom systems and maintain accurate digital project records using Microsoft Office.

Your Role

As an Outside Plant Engineer, you will be the backbone of our back-office operations, ensuring that utility construction projects move from planning to completion seamlessly. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and you’re up for the challenge.

In this role, you will:

• Drive Project Flow: Support and manage detailed project plans across all construction phases, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

• Manage Tasks & Deadlines: Maintain high quality while meeting strict customer deadlines through diligent back-office task management.

What You Need

• Attention to Detail: A track record of completing work with high quality and a focus on "safety first" in every plan you develop.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working the Eastern Time (EST) Night Shift to align with US field operations.
