He/she will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization's IT and Cybersecurity Governance Framework. The role provides strategic leadership across IT planning, governance, cybersecurity governance, enterprise risk management, compliance, audit management, process excellence, demand management, vendor governance, and investment oversight technology.
The position ensures that IT and Cybersecurity initiatives are aligned with business objectives, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices while promoting operational excellence, cyber resilience, and continuous improvement.
The role serves as the primary governance partner to executive management, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity Operations, Infrastructure, Application Development, and Business Units.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
With advance experience in IT Governance, Cybersecurity Governance, IT Risk Management, IT Planning, IT Service Management, IT Audit, or Information Security, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in business process analysis, process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TQM) is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in IT strategic planning, demand management, process improvement, governance, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of governance and security frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 31000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, and applicable BSP and Data Privacy regulations.
Familiarity with service delivery, service performance, and continual service improvement.
Strong understanding of contract management, vendor management, procurement processes, and supplier governance.
Experience in business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and vendor negotiations.
Ability to interpret operational and financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement governance best practices.
