Job summary

Paynamics Technologies Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the product backlog, write user stories, and collaborate across Engineering, Tech, Product, and leadership.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strong communication, and stakeholder alignment to deliver fintech SaaS solutions in a dynamic market. The candidate will translate business requirements into tangible features, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery while upholding security and compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS or fintech product management.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and feature prioritization.
• User-centric design mindset and ability to translate user needs into features.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to evolving market demands.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Analyze user feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Oversee timelines and track feature performance and delivery.
• Uphold quality and compliance standards as part of our Information Security Management System.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and adjust to evolving market demands
• 2+ years working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)

Certifications (Preferred but not required):

• PSPO I or CSPO
