Job summary

Fairmont Makati is seeking an experienced pastry professional to oversee pastry and bakery operations in a luxury hotel setting. You will ensure quality, presentation, and cost efficiency in line with the brand's standards.

Lead and develop the culinary team through training and coaching, maintain high hygiene and safety standards, and collaborate with the Pastry Chef to create refined menus and innovative offerings that elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary or Pastry Arts degree, or a related qualification, is an advantage.
• At least five (5) years of pastry experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Demonstrated creativity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail in pastry preparation, recipe development, and presentation.
• Sound knowledge of pastry operations, food safety, and luxury hospitality standards, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
