Job Description

• Oversees pastry and bakery operations, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, presentation, and cost efficiency in line with luxury standards.
• Leads and develops the culinary team through training, coaching, and performance management while upholding the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and service excellence.
• Collaborates with the Pastry Chef to create refined menus, standardized recipes, and innovative offerings that elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary or Pastry Arts degree, or a related qualification, is an advantage.
• At least five (5) years of pastry experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Demonstrated creativity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail in pastry preparation, recipe development, and presentation.
• Sound knowledge of pastry operations, food safety, and luxury hospitality standards, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
