Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing is required.
• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies and SOPs are documented and accessible.
• Support policy implementation and care pathways in the nursing home.
• Ensure resident care documentation is complete and incidents reported.

• Respond to feedback from residents and families.
• Provide nursing guidance on complex clinical cases and monitor progress.
• Participate in Nurse Leaders’ Meetings, QA Committee, and Product Evaluation Committee.

As a Assistant Nurse Manager (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Plan, organize, and enhance nursing workflows to ensure full compliance with Singapore Nursing Board standards, as well as the Licensing Terms and Conditions for Nursing Homes and the Enhanced Nursing Home Standards.

• Oversee the accurate collection, consolidation, and timely reporting of Continuous Quality Improvement data.

• Ensure that all written policies, procedures, and work processes—aligned with Nursing Office directives and Nursing SOPs—are properly documented, current, and readily accessible to support quality care delivery.

• Support the implementation of established policies, procedures, and care pathways within the nursing home.

• Ensure that all resident care documentation is complete, precise, and up to date, including the investigation, analysis, and reporting of incidents.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and review individualized, function-focused care plans for each resident.

• Respond promptly and appropriately to feedback or concerns from residents and their families.

• Provide professional nursing guidance on complex clinical cases referred by nursing home staff and monitor residents’ clinical progress.

• Participate actively in monthly Nurse Leaders’ Meetings, Quality Assurance Committee, and Product Evaluation Committee discussions.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Nursing.

• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
