Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Nurse Manager in the Philippines to lead nursing care delivery, ensure patient safety, and drive quality improvements.

You will oversee ward operations, mentor staff, and participate in rounds and family conferences to support holistic care and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing with SNB registration.
• Strong leadership and clinical governance experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care delivery to ensure patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
• Participate in case management rounds and family conferences to support holistic patient care and resolve issues.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical practices to maintain and enhance standards of care.
• Supervise ward operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct monthly ward meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and share updates.
• Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for nursing staff.
• Promote and support participation in continuing education and wellness programs.
• Conduct staff performance appraisals in line with organizational policy.
• Coordinate and collate quality assurance activities, including audits and quarterly reviews.
• Compile and analyze monthly incident and infection control statistics.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
• Take part in policy development and strategic planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department.
