Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation is seeking an Assistant Mechanical Design Manager to lead the design of MEP systems for luxury high-rise, mixed-use, and premium developments in Metro Manila. You will drive BIM coordination, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with elite design teams to deliver high-performance HVAC, vertical transit, and fire protection layouts.

Qualifications

Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Philippines (BS Mechanical Engineering).
6+ years in mechanical design engineering for high-rise or luxury developments.
Proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, load calculation tools (HAP/TRACE).
Knowledge of local building codes, fire codes (NFPA), and green building benchmarks (LEED, BERDE).

Responsibilities

Oversee complete MEP/mechanical design deliverables per Philippine standards and Rockwell's luxury benchmarks.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and interior teams for high-performance HVAC layouts while preserving ceilings and acoustics.
Lead BIM coordination to resolve clashes before site execution and minimize rework.
Drive energy-efficient, smart building solutions to reduce lifecycle costs while maintaining premium experiences.
Present refined design progress to PMG, consultants, and senior leadership to keep projects on schedule and budget.
Conduct site inspections to verify installation matches design intent and regulatory requirements.
