Qualifications

• Credentials: Licensed Mechanical Engineer (BS Mechanical Engineering).
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), MS Office, and engineering analysis software.
• Analytical skills in mechanical/MEP calculations and system simulations.
• Field/construction/site experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Design Deliverables: ensure compliant engineering plans across authorities and codes.
• Project Execution: drive on-time submission of drawings, specs, and docs.
• Coordination: work with structural, electrical, and architectural teams for clash-free designs.
• Value Engineering: identify cost/time savings while preparing in-house designs.
• Stakeholder Alignment: present technical outcomes to PMG aligned with company goals.
