Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Philippines.
• 6+ years in mechanical design engineering for high-rise or luxury developments.
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, load calculations, and green building benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete MEP/mechanical design deliverables to ensure compliance with local codes and Rockwell's luxury standards.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and interior design teams to integrate HVAC layouts without compromising aesthetics or acoustics.
• Lead BIM coordination to eliminate clashes before site execution and minimize rework.
