Responsibilities

• Claims & Underwriting Oversight: assess medical/financial risks for life/health policies; manage timely payouts within authority.
• Customer Experience & Operations: support HMO services, handle escalations, process LOA smoothly.
• Compliance & Reporting: follow internal policies and legal standards; prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Stakeholder Coordination: work with medical institutions, doctors, network partners, and distribution channels.
