Job summary

Cooee Inc. is hiring an Assistant Management Accountant for day-to-day finance operations, reconciliations, and month-end reporting. Based in our Makati hybrid office, you will collaborate with Finance and Operations to maintain accurate records and support timely reporting across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with the team on revenue and project reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and supplier/customer finance activities, ensuring robust financial controls and timely insights.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in general accounting, bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, and month-end reporting.
• Strong background in accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor finance inboxes and action accounting requests.
• Support Accounts Payable: invoice processing, PO matching, payment runs, and supplier queries.
• Process sales invoice amendments and credit notes; allocate customer payments and bank reconciliations.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and aged receivables; set up vendors and customers; upload documents to portals.
• Reconcile corporate credit cards and travel expenses; maintain data across systems.
• Assist in monthly management accounts preparation and reconciliations; intercompany and accruals."
• Investigate variances and provide supporting information; assist with revenue, cost, and project reconcilations.
