MicroSourcing is hiring an Accounts Assistant in a hybrid setup at Eastwood, Quezon City. You will manage accounts payable and receivable processes, reconcile bank statements, and assist UK staff payroll to ensure accurate, timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience handling AP/AR cycles and vendor inquiries.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable – process supplier invoices and staff expenses, ensure timely payment, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable – raise invoices for self-billing clients and reconcile their accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and post financial transactions.
• Assist in processing UK Staff payroll – ensure staff are paid accurately and on time.
• Maintain financial records – ensure records are up to date, compliant with regulatory requirements; file and organize documents for audits.
• Prepare journal entries and support month end close.
• Manage and reconcile Fixed Assets Register, Accruals, Prepayments, and control accounts.
• Prepare and generate reports to support Finance Team.
