Cooee Inc. Career (Be one of us) is seeking an Assistant Staff Accountant in Makati. Join a team supporting day-to-day finance operations, reconciliations, month-end reporting, and project-related financial activities across multiple platforms and entities.

You will collaborate with Finance and Operations to maintain accurate records, investigate discrepancies, and support timely reporting within a dynamic environment with an Australian partner. PH-based role with hybrid work setup.

Qualifikationen

• 1–5 years of experience in general accounting, bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, and preparing month-end reports.
• Strong background in accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and Xero.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor finance inboxes and action accounting-related requests.
• Support Accounts Payable: invoice processing, PO matching, payment runs, and supplier queries.
• Process sales invoice amendments and credit notes.
• Allocate customer payments and complete bank reconciliations.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and aged receivables.
• Process supplier/vendor setup and customer finance documentation.
• Upload POs, invoices, and supporting documents to customer portals.
• Reconcile corporate credit cards and travel-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial data across finance and operational systems.
