Macroasia Corporation is seeking an Assistant Finance Transformation Analyst to support accounting and finance activities for newly acquired companies, business development initiatives, and special projects.

The role involves assisting with financial integration, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards, while collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver timely financial requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance or related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of working experience in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in finance and accounting activities for newly acquired entities, new business ventures, and special projects.
• Support finance integration activities, including chart of accounts mapping, system implementation, process alignment, and reporting set-up.
• Assist in ensuring accurate recording of transactions, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather financial information and documentation.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents required for project and acquisition-related accounting activities.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, schedules, and variance analyses for projects and new business operations.
• Identify financial risks, control gaps, and operational inefficiencies and communicate findings to the appropriate team.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities related to business development initiatives and special projects.
• Assist in finance transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in testing and implementation of new finance systems, tools, and processes.

About the role

The Assistant Finance Transformation Analyst provides support in accounting and finance activities related to newly acquired companies, business development initiatives, and special projects.
