Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of finance experience in FMCG, distribution, or related industries.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and business analysis.
• Experience handling trade operations, receivables monitoring, and cost controls is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall financial stability and profitability through regular monitoring and review of financial performance.
• Analyze financial statements and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.
• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting and system updates.
• Lead budget monitoring, expense analysis, and financial forecasting activities.
• Conduct financial simulations and business viability assessments to support operational investments and strategic decisions.
• Monitor trade receivables, liquidity position, and profitability metrics.
• Ensure proper implementation of finance and administrative procedures.
• Lead and develop finance team members through coaching and performance management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Management

• Ensure overall financial stability and profitability through regular monitoring and review of financial performance


• Analyze financial statements and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency


• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, controls, and reporting standards

Financial Reporting & Budget Management

• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting and system updates


• Lead budget monitoring, expense analysis, and financial forecasting activities


• Conduct financial simulations and business viability assessments to support operational investments and strategic decisions


• Monitor trade receivables, liquidity position, and profitability metrics

Leadership & Administrative Oversight

QUALIFICATIONS
